Care Enabler App – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to your CareEnabler App. These Terms and
Conditions govern the use of SeraCares’ first/trial mobile
application and any related services provided.
By accessing or using the CareEnabler App you agree to be bound
by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part
of these terms, then you may not use the app. Please advise
SeraCares here for your registration to be removed along and
any data collected.

1. Privacy Policy
   Your use of the CareEnabler app is also governed by our

   By using the you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use CareEnabler and
  within your Care Provider Organisations policies and
  procedures
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
  account details and password.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your
  account.

3. Medical Disclaimer

• The information provided on the CareEnabler is for
  informational training and testing purposes – for development
  of the app only and should not be considered medical advice.
• Information collected about you or those in your care will not
  be shared unless anonymised and with your Care Provider
  Organisations full permission
• Consult your manager or a healthcare professional before
  making any healthcare decisions based on information from
  CareEnabler

4. User Conduct

• You agree to use the CareEnabler only for approved purposes
  in a manner consistent with your employer’s instruction and its
  Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws and
  regulations.
• You agree not to use the CareEnabler to transmit any harmful,
  threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content.

5. Limitation of Liability

• SeraCares and your care provider organisation shall not be
  liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
  punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of
  CareEnabler.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• SeraCares and your employer reserve the right to modify or
  revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued
  use of the CareEnabler after any changes to these terms will
  constitute your acceptance of such changes.
